Rachel dedicates a portion of her valuable time to mentoring business owners and go-getters in the skin and beauty industry, throughout all stages of their businesses. Representing an incredible, full-circle moment in her journey – by becoming the business bestie for others, that she once wished she had herself.

Let's take it back to where it all began...
Rachel receives her National and International Diplomas of Beauty Therapy.
This was a remarkable accomplishment she embarked on when she was just 18 years old, only three months after giving birth to her son.
Following the completion of her diplomas, Rachel launched her career at Ella Baché. Here she began performing paid beauty treatments, before graduating second semester.
Rachel becomes a sole trader.
After several years in the industry and working for prestigious day spas, beauty salons and skin clinics across Perth, Rachel crafted her signature treatment style, upon which LoveBeauty Skin Clinic is best known for today.
She embarked on the LoveBeauty journey from her home salon (while studying towards a Bachelor of Nursing full time!)
Rachel falls pregnant.
After discovering she was expecting a baby girl, Rachel took a bold risk. She decided to fully commit to her entrepreneurial journey, working for herself full-time, even continuing her work up until the day before her beautiful daughter arrived into the world.
Remarkably, just two weeks after giving birth, Rachel was back to working full-time with her husband, Jesse, taking on the role of full-time daddy duties.
Rachel opens the very first LoveBeauty Skin Clinic.
This was a significant milestone in Rachel’s entrepreneurial journey. In Shelley, WA, Rachel and her husband officially opened their very first skin clinic (completely designing and organising the fit out themselves!)
They stayed in this location for two amazing years, growing to a team of seven, before outgrowing the space and moving to a bigger location.
Rachel signs the lease for her new clinic in South Perth.
Taking a huge risk during the COVID pandemic, Rachel signed the lease for the current LoveBeauty premises in South Perth (a risk which has well and truly paid off!)
Her beautiful clinic is now a whopping 270 square metres large with six treatment rooms, a double treatment suite, two consultation lounges, an infrared sauna, a client bathroom and shower, a large back area/computer room, staff kitchen, stock room, employee bathroom and private car park with 10 bays.
Rachel wins ABIA WA Clinic of the Year.
LoveBeauty Skin Clinic’s accomplishments really do speak for themselves, taking home prestigious awards such as the 2022 and 2023 ABIA WA Clinic of the Year. She has also received the highest retail award for exclusive product lines The Beauty Chef and O’Cosmedics, Australia-wide, for three years running.
LoveBeauty has evolved into a team of 15 with a business manager, clinic coordinator, two receptionists, 11 treating therapists as well as a holistic in-house nutritionist.
Rachel continues to scale LoveBeauty and develop her team, consistently introducing the newest and most progressive treatments the industry has to offer. Now, she dedicates a portion of her valuable time to mentoring fellow business babes – guiding others towards achieving similar, remarkable results.
